Under Executive Service Order 13360, all Department of Defense acquisitions must set aside a minimum of 3% to prime contractors and 3% to sub-contractors for SDVOSBs, as a way of honoring their service to America. The specific contract award to CCY spans five years and is for retained executive search services to any of these contractors per a negotiated GSA schedule.
