In 1989, Dr. Sirolli and Master Facilitator, Brian Willoughby from Australia’s first project in Esperance in 1985, trained the volunteer Board of Management and the Enterprise Facilitator Vince Robinson and the Lincoln County Enterprise Development Corporation has managed beautifully since then.

One of the cornerstones of the Enterprise Facilitation program is to engage a local advisory group to help support the Enterprise Facilitator’s role in the community.
