WALTHAM, Mass. /Massachusetts Newswire/ — The New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) will hold a Benefits Club Luncheon “Massachusetts Health Connector: Looking Back/Looking Forward” on December 10, 2013. The event features Jean Yang, Executive Director of the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority.

The Connector was established pursuant to Chapter 58 of the Acts of 2006, Massachusetts’ ground-breaking health care reform law and was the nation’s first public health insurance exchange. Jean will provide an overview of the organization’s many accomplishments in the past seven years and will discuss the central role the Connector will play in implementing the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in 2014, and beyond.

The luncheon will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. at Ropes & Gray, Prudential Tower, 800 Boylston Street, 49th Floor, Boston. The cost is $75 for members and $100 for non-members.
