Asia America Symphony Youth Concert

TORRANCE, Calif., Apr 13, 2018 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Grammy-nominated DAVID BENOIT will lead the prestigious ASIA AMERICA YOUTH SYMPHONY through a varied program featuring the music from the films “Pirates of the Caribbean” and “Whiplash,” and works by Tchaikovsky, Bizet and original works by Benoit himself, Asia America Symphony Association announced today.

This exuberant evening of classical and jazz music will begin at 8 p.m., Friday, April 20, 2018 at the James R. Armstrong Theater.

The concert will feature alumni who have moved on to become outstanding professional musicians and soloists: International Flute soloist ALBERT PAE graduate of The Julliard School & Royal College of Music; virtuoso violinist ELEANOR DUNBAR graduate from Southern Methodist University is founder and leader of the Cezanne Quartet; saxophonist JUSTIN KLUNK and graduate from USC performs with Arianna Grande ( https://youtu.be/JJJlWFJou1I ) St. Motel, and Lindsey Stirling.

The Asia America Youth Symphony is one of the premiere youth symphony orchestras of southern California.
